This is an intern role where you get to discover the working environment of the consulting world. It’s hands on and largely analytical work. You'll be doing a lot of research and crunching data but you’ll also get exposure to client projects and be part of the team.

This is our entry level position where you learn and apply basic consulting tools. You’ll be working closely with clients as well as starting to contribute to internal processes.

This is when you fully master the consulting skills. You’ll need to be able to structure a module, anticipate client roadblocks and begin to write proposals. You’ll also be driving internal business activity while starting to coach junior staff.

You represent the management of the firm both internally and externally. You’re now expected to lead projects and drive through results. You’ll be responsible for managing the structure as well as the quality of a client project while being proactive in business development. You’ll also be expected to manage, coach and develop your consultants while leading internal business development.

As a senior member of the firm, you’ll be expected to define and drive the business agenda for clients and provide sound experience and advice. You’ll have to handle multiple projects and teams and be able to develop, plan, sell and execute a commercial action plan. You’ll be expected to provide regional and/or global direction in your area of expertise while contributing to recruitment, business development and overall growth strategies.
